BILLINGS – The Symphony in the Park event will change locations from Pioneer Park to Amend Park.
The location change for the June 24 event was made after city park officials said the ground at Pioneer Park is too soggy.
"They said the park is just too wet for all of our heavy equipment," said Michelle Dawson, marketing manager for the Billings Symphony.
Dawson said parking may be more difficult at Amend Park and she encouraged those who plan to attend to car pool.
This year makes the 46th Symphony in the Park event.
"Everything is the same, just the location is different," Dawson said.
