Heavy rain and severe thunderstorms possible by late Tuesday.
A slow moving disturbance will bring an increase in shower and thunderstorm activity for Tuesday and Wednesday. The slow-moving system has the potential of bringing areas of heavy rain.
Many of the area storms could have frequent lightning, with the possibility of large hail and strong winds in extreme Southeast Montana.
Temperatures will warm up mainly to the 70s in a few low 80s Tuesday afternoon, the chance of showers and thunderstorms increasing during the evening area
Chance of rain showers overnight, and Wednesday will continue to be wet with rain showers and isolated thunderstorms. Areas of heavy rain likely.
Highs will be mainly in the 60s Wednesday.
