Great Falls man identified as fatal crash victim

GREAT FALLS – The man who died in a crash on Saturday near Cascade has been identified as Brian Lee.

Lee, 58, was from Great Falls, according to Cascade County Sheriff Bob Edwards.

According to the Montana Highway Patrol, Lee was making a right-hand turn off of 1st Street SW near I-15, but was going too fast.

His vehicle rotated several times and then rolled.

Lee was not wearing a seatbelt, according to the MHP, and was thrown from the vehicle and died at the scene..

The MHP says that it is continuing to investigate to determine if alcohol was a factor in the crash.
