She's high energy and social and takes every opportunity she gets to go shopping -- and she's very excited about finding a forever family.

Meet Destiny who is this month’s A Waiting Child.

Pink toes, pink outfit, and loves to shop -- she hopes her new mother does too.

“That she wants to be with me and that she wants to go shopping when go shopping.”

Destiny is also hoping for a couple of special qualities, “she’s funny and smart and nice.”

She loves technology and managed to add some new apps to our reporter’s phone.

“I’m giving you a Star Wars thing. Do you like Star Wars?" Destiny asked.

“[I] like to play my DS, I have a DS. I love playing my DS," she concluded.
