BILLINGS — Winter Weather Advisories posted for portions of north-central Montana expired early Wednesday morning.
Widespread rain showers fell across the plains with rain and snow in the mountains of south-central and southeast Montana and northern Wyoming on Tuesday night into Wednesday morning.
Billings picked up around a tenth of an inch of rain by early Wednesday morning.
A gradual clearing and warming trend will take place Wednesday afternoon through the weekend with daytime highs climbing into the upper 50s on Friday and Sunday.
