BILLINGS — If there are any rain showers to be had, early Friday is our best bet.

A few stray showers and isolated thunderstorms early Friday will decrease through the afternoon. With decreasing clouds, temperatures will be in the 70s to low 80s with not much change from Thursday afternoon.

Mostly to partly clear overnight with lows from the mid-40s to mid 50s early Saturday.

Highs Saturday will be mainly in the 80s with plenty of afternoon sun. Readings in the upper 80s to low 90s are on track for Sunday and Monday.

Tuesday could be a bit breezy with a few stray showers. Otherwise, next week should hold into the 70s to mid 80s for highs with lows in the 50s and 60s. Generally dry conditions are expected.

Billings forecast:

Friday… Scattered showers and isolated thunderstorms decreasing with a high near 82. A variable breeze.

Friday night… Partly to mostly clear with a low of about 56.

Saturday… Sunny, warm and dry. Around 88 for the warmest afternoon reading.
