BILLINGS – A bit warmer as we head into the weekend.
That large low-pressure system over the Dakotas and Minnesota continues to move eastward Friday morning leaving high clouds and a cool northeast breeze in its wake over eastern Montana.
A few scattered snow showers west and south of Billings continued to show up Friday morning. Many locations fell below freezing overnight.
Areas of fog in parts of south-central and southeast Montana will clear up by mid-morning Friday as more sunshine and warmer temperatures begin to show up.
Friday afternoon highs will be a few degrees warmer than Thursday with even warmer and mostly dry conditions by Saturday afternoon.
By Sunday, expect a few more clouds and highs edging into the low 60s.
Isolated showers and mountain snow flurries show up Sunday night into the work week.

Today: Partly sunny, light northeast winds and a high of 46.
Tonight: Partly cloudy and a low of 28.
Saturday: Sunny and warmer with light southwest winds and a high of 58.
