BILLINGS – Snow showers wrap up Sunday night as cold temperatures settle in for an arctic Presidents Day.
Winter Storm Warnings and Winter Weather Advisories are dropping off the map Sunday evening as skies begin to clear a bit.
Wind Chill Advisories for portions of central Montana and northeast Wyoming will stay in place through Monday morning. Expect wind chills to be as cold as 30 below zero at times. Blowing snow along snow-packed and icy roadways may also be problematic for some Monday morning commuters.
Although we won’t see an average high temperature of 40 degrees for a while, a mild reprieve from the cold comes our way Tuesday and Wednesday.
