BILLINGS – More snow arrives and cold air shows up too on Wednesday.
A disturbance is bringing Pacific moisture from the west, and a cold front is dropping down from the north. Areas of light snow will spread from west to east throughout the day, and the colder air will start to drop temperatures in the afternoon.
High temperatures will be mainly in the 20s and 30s, but will start to drop to the afternoon. Clouds will increase with light to moderate snow in the area, especially in the afternoon and evening.
The highest accumulations will be in areas west and south of Billings, with only light to very little snow expected in areas to the north and east of Billings.
Temperatures get very cold overnight, with most readings in the single digits below to the low teens above zero early tomorrow.
