BILLINGS- Slick roads and poor visibility highlight the weather for Wednesday.

As the day goes along, the weather system will move from West to East out of the region continuing to bring snow to the easternmost portion of Montana through the afternoon and evening.

Still expect slick driving conditions and sidewalks throughout the day.

Temperatures will be mainly in the 20s with a few low 30s with gradual clearing from West to East through Wednesday afternoon.

Overnight, another upper low drops out of British Columbia producing some modest pockets of occasional light snow on Thursday. Along with the scattered snow showers, expect the cloudy to mostly cloudy day with temperatures mainly in the mid to lower 20s.

Overnight readings Thursday night through Friday morning will be in the single digits to low teens.

A warming trend will follow heading toward the weekend, but that will come with periods of wind.
