Q2 Weather: Consistent temperatures with changing conditions

BILLINGS – Temperatures remain consistent for the rest of the week.  Wind and showers will come and go with a mix of sun and clouds.

High temperatures in the area will stay in the upper 40s to mid-50s through the weekend. Overnight lows stay mainly in the 30s for the lower elevations.

A cool but dry pattern moving in from Canada will keep some wind going Tuesday, especially in the typically breezy areas around Livingston, Nye, and Harlowton.  Billings will be breezy at times Tuesday afternoon.

A disturbance swings out of Alberta and across Montana on Wednesday.  This will increase showers west of Billings by late afternoon, and increase the winds once again.

The best chance of showers from Billings to the east will be late Wednesday through Thursday.  Totals will tend to be light.

More stray showers are possible, mixed with periods of sun and clouds, through Sunday.
