BILLINGS – The warm and dry weather pattern is sticking around, and Thursday might be the best example.
Thursday will feature sunshine, a generally light wind, and afternoon high temperatures running about 10 degrees above the seasonal averages. Highs will be mainly in the 60s to low 70s.
Thursday night, a weak cold front will slip through the area, producing some wind and increasing the humidity a little. Lows will be mainly in the 30s and mostly clear overnight.
Friday will still be sunny, but temperatures will drop back to the 50s to low 60s. Periods of wind could highlight areas especially east of Billings.
For the weekend, expect warm and dry conditions with more 60s to low 70s on the way with afternoon sunshine.
By the middle of next week, there are some signs indicating a bit cooler and slightly wetter weather pattern.
