We saw just a little bit more sunshine earlier in the day today than we were expecting and that allowed us to jump up a few degrees warmer than I was talking about yesterday and see another beautiful 80 plus degree afternoon.
If you liked today you should be looking forward to tomorrow as we have another sunny and warm day heading our way. Things should warm up even further tomorrow behind a light southwest breeze that is always a warm one for us.
Afternoon high temperatures on Monday should jump up into the upper 80s across the region.
A big change is brewing for Tuesday as a cold front will impact the region and drop us down to more seasonally average temperatures. Afternoon highs on Tuesday will be in the lower 70s.
Right now that frontal passage looks dry and the best chance we have this week for some rain comes on Thursday and could stick around into Friday morning, however right now those numbers are still low and any shower activity will likely be very scattered.
At the very least those will likely be the cloudiest days of our week.
This pattern seems pretty much set in for the week and right now the thing we are monitoring is some cooler air encroaching on the area later next weekend.
