DETROIT — A pothole has turned into a mini tomato garden in Detroit.
The plant is thriving, and one woman who works nearby says it represents the city's comeback.
Parts of the plant are growing inside a construction cone and through a sewer drain. There's also a barrier plank there to protect it.
