BILLINGS – In 1982 the state of Montana and the prefecture of Kumamoto, Japan, entered into a sister-state relationship meant to promote economic and cultural growth. A decade later, a crew from Q2 headed to Japan to discover how that relationship was playing out over the course of a decade. We shared stories from that trip on our local newscasts, and also put together a special half-hour program to share with Montana viewers.
