NEW YORK- After 10 Democrats took the stage in Miami Thursday for a second night of debates, one who was left out appeared at a late night podium for a debate uniquely made for him.
Montana Gov. Steve Bullock was on “The Late Show with Stephen Colbert” to generate some laughs as debate season kicks off.
