BUTTE, Mont. – A former Butte physician was sentenced to 20 years with 10 suspended for sexually assaulting female patients at his Butte office.

Dr. Patrick McGree pleaded guilty to the charge in January 2019, to sexually assaulting his patients over the last several years.

District Court records show McGree entered a guilty plea in Helena Jan. 24, to one felony count of sexual assault in connection with inappropriate behavior with six different patients over a five-year period at his office in Butte.

McGree had been charged with other felony offenses, but those were dropped as part of this plea agreement.
