MAMMOTH HOT SPRINGS, WY – Beginning at 8 a.m. Friday, select roads and services in Yellowstone National Park will open for the season, weather permitting. To celebrate National Park Week, entrance fees will be waived on Saturday.
Yellowstone National Park Ranger Rich Jehle visited with MTN News to discuss the opening of some of the national park’s roads for 2019.
Open Roads
- West Entrance to Old Faithful
- Mammoth Hot Springs to Old Faithful (via Norris)
- Norris to Canyon Village
- North Entrance to Mammoth Hot Springs to Northeast Entrance (open year-round)
