BILLINGS — Update 9:30 p.m. Power has been restored to all customers, according to NorthWestern Energy.
Crew found a faulty insulator and all customer are restored as of 1745. ^KH

An outage has left 1,568 NorthWestern Energy customers on Billings South Side without power Wednesday night.
The outage was reported about 5:50 p.m.
NorthWestern says workers are en route to fix the outage.
