A pedestrian was hit by a vehicle and taken to the hospital Wednesday evening in downtown Billings.
Billings police said in a tweet the pedestrian walked into traffic on Grand Avenue between Division Street and First Street West and was struck by an eastbound white Ford truck.
He was wearing all dark clothes and carrying a bag and crossed the road from the north to the south, according to Billings Police Sgt. Clyde Reid.
The pedestrian's injuries are unknown, according to Reid.
