BILLINGS – Mindy Patterson of the Calvary Group will be the speaker at a public forum Tuesday evening at Prescott Hall at Rocky Mountain College.
Patterson will speak about the difference between “animal rights” and “animal welfare.”
The forum, sponsored by the non-profit group Montana Agri-women, begins at 6 p.m.
