BILLINGS- Abortion rights protesters gathered in Billings Wednesday to protest Vice President Mike Pence’s visit to Billings to discuss the meth problem.

Planned Parenthood Advocates of Montana gathered outside RiverStone Health to raise awareness of the “Title 10” program, which helps low-income people access birth control, cancer screenings, and other reproductive health care.

It also states health care providers cannot withhold information about pregnancy options, including abortion.

A gag-rule proposal from President Trump’s administration would have stripped funding from Planned Parenthood, and restricted any health clinics that receive any Title 10 funding from referring patients to abortion providers.

However, a district court judge issued a nationwide injunction\ in April .. and that gag-rule.. has *not been able to take effect.

Pence spoke at RiverStone to law-enforcement and healthcare professionals about the meth problem.
