BILLINGS – A vacancy on the Billings City Council was filled Monday night.
Roy Neese was selected to fill the seat in Ward 2.
Neese is a business consultant and involved in the Billings Heights Community Development Task Force.
Eight applicants submitted their resumes after Larry Brewster announced he was stepping down in November.
