BILLINGS- Re-purposed, rusty, shabby chic, vintage and antique item are all things you will find at MetraPark on Saturday.
Dealers from all over Montana and Wyoming will be presenting their items for sale.
One artist showing his work is Beau Malia. Malia uses metal and wood scraps from ranches, barns and bridges from throughout Montana. His company, Yellowstone Rustic, is based out of a studio in the Shepard. He uses the items he has collected to build tables, chairs and artistic sculptures.
“Life size stuff is cool, you know it says something. It has an impact when people see it. It’s not just a garden piece of art,” said Malia. “It’s fun and it, like I said it lets my imagination just kind of go and you know I always think of things like to make the Jerry can look flannel. Just small things like that, that people see. That’s the reason why, it’s just a little extra.”
