BILLINGS – Three people went to the hospital after a crash on Interstate 90, east of Zoo Drive on Sunday afternoon.
Around noon, a minor injury crash caused a backup on Eastbound I-90 near Zoo Drive.
Two vehicles were stopped in the back-up.
A Ford Explorer hit a GMC Acadia which hit a Ford F-250 pickup truck.
The Acadia went into a ditch.
Emergency crews extricated a woman from the Acadia and a man from the Explorer.
Ambulances took one person from each vehicle to the hospitals.
Trooper Kyle Hayter said the injuries appear to be non-life threatening.
