BILLINGS – A Billings pre-release facility reports a man with a conviction for assaulting a police officer walked away late Sunday.
Judd Anthony Daniels Jr. walked away from the Alpha House Men’s Prerelease Center on North 31st Street at 10:10 p.m.
Daniels is described as a Native American male, 5-feet, 7-inches tall, 180 pounds with brown hair and blue eyes.
Daniels was convicted in Cascade County of assault on a peace or judicial officer and criminal endangerment. He arrived at the Billings pre-release on Feb. 5.
