Big Horn County officials announced the county's 24th COVID-19-related death Thursday night.
The man was in his 80s and in the hospital, according to a news release from the county.
The county also reported 17 news COVID-19 cases Thursday night, which brings the cumulative total to 991 cases since the start of the oubreak.
The county has 156 active cases and 811 recoveries.
