BILLINGS – A Utah-based call center firm is wasting no time launching its hiring process after announcing Friday it’s expanding its Billings operations this fall and adding 60 new jobs.
ROI Solutions started hiring events Monday at the Billings Job Service on 2121 Rosebud Dr. for call center workers for HelloFresh, a food-delivery service. The company will continue the events on July 24, 26, 29, and 31 from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
ROI Solutions opened its Billings office at 550 S. 24th St. W. at the beginning of this year and currently has 40 employees. This summer, ROI hopes to expand to 60 workers, then potentially hit 100 in the fall, according to Big Sky Economic Development, which announced the expansion.
The company believes it could add 150 to 200 jobs by the end of 2019.
“The labor market in Utah has been so rough and competitive for us, which is why we opened the Billings, Montana facility,” said Jesse Ross, senior manager of ROI solutions. “HelloFresh, because of the competitive market, which increases turn over in nutrition for us. We have always talked and wanted to get them out here. Probably three weeks ago, we did a facility visit and we toured them around Billings and we got to meet our staff which was important and met some of the managers and they just really liked it.”
When deciding where to expand, ROI looked for a market with a good workforce that was an easy move for a team leader in Utah, CEO Rob Schow said in a news release provided by Big Sky Economic Development.
ROI operates in the Petro-Lewis building, which has room to grow and add workers, the company said.
ROI provides customer support for brands including Men’s Warehouse, Visa and Briggs & Stratton. The company has 600 employees in Utah, 300 more workers in the Philippines and two smaller offices in Central America and Europe.
