BILLINGS – Bikers Against Child Abuse helped children who have been abused with their annual fundraising event, the Red Cup Rally on Saturday.
The rally started at the Powder Horn Lounge on Laurel Road in Billings.
“The Red Cup Rally is one of two fundraisers we do every year,” said Sugar, BACA Vice President. “It’s probably our biggest run. And all the money that we raise from the rally goes back to our children. We’ll do whatever needs to be done to help them feel safe. There’s no better feeling in the world to see that child come out of that shell that they’ve been in for so long and act like a child again.”
“When you’re sitting in the courtroom and that child has enough strength inside to tell their story so whoever did whatever they did to them can go away, you float out of that courtroom,” said Elvis, BACA President.
Other motorcycle clubs also joined the rally.
“It’s very important,” said Elvis. “The Billings motorcycle community to me is just a huge family.”
The Red Cup Rally started in Billings, went to Park City, Laurel, Huntley and then back to Billings.
