BILLINGS – Police Chief Rich St. John is hosting a "Chat with the Chief" 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday at Lewis & Clark Middle School library at 1315 Lewis Ave.
The chief encourages the public to come with ideas, thoughts, concerns, observations and suggestions.
