BILLINGS — An old local hot spot located in downtown Billings has relocated, keeping their old traditions alive and adding a new flare to the Billings West End.
Located on Shiloh Road, Commons 1882 and The Rims Martini and Wine Bar is an overall experience you won’t want to miss.
The new location includes three outdoor patios with fire pits, seating, and music to create a homey experience.
Commons 1882 was originally located in downtown Billings and recently relocated, keeping the original name and adding and Martini and Wine Bar.
"We originally got our name downtown and the building we were in was built in 1882," General Manager Anthony McCoy said. "The Commons. Back in that time in history, it was a place everyone would go to gather and socialize. So that’s how we came up with the name, it was a gathering place for everybody to come, and get together and have food, drinks and just kind of be together."

The Rims Martini and Wine Bar offers a decadent selection of 71 wines, 65 whiskeys, 24 martinis, and cocktails. You can expect a different environment than the Commons, with candles on the table and dimmer lighting.
"It's very much more like where you want to go on your anniversary," McCoy said. "Or if you just want to go out and have a classy girls night and have some martinis. It really kind of fits that vibe for sure for the West End.
