They also reportedly pepper-sprayed and robbed a contractor who was working on a home.
On May 18 after another theft near 35th Avenue and Thunderbird Road, witnesses chased the couple, causing Troy to crash the scooter. They then fled on foot.
Police say they found several stolen items on the ground where the scooter crashed.
Investigators got photos of the couple after they reportedly used a stolen credit card at a convenience store. The images and tattoos matched Troy and Pelosi.
Upon their arrest, Pelosi reportedly admitted to some of the crimes telling police that she has been using drugs since she was 13 and is addicted to meth and fentanyl.
Troy allegedly told police that he is also addicted to fentanyl and hasn’t worked since being released from prison in January.
