Prosecutors have entered into a deferred prosecution agreement with former MTN senior political reporter Ashley Nerbovig.

Under the deferred prosecution agreement, if there are no other violations after one year the case will be dismissed with prejudice, meaning the charges cannot be refiled.

HELENA - Ashley Nerbovig, a senior political reporter for MTN, was arrested Thursday on a felony burglary charge.

Nerbovig is accused of breaking the door of someone she knew.

She was released on her own recognizance at a Friday court hearing.
