BILLINGS - Two representatives from PETA, People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals, bore it all Wednesday afternoon to spread a meat-free message.
For part of the early afternoon, the women stood naked underneath Skypoint at the corner of North Broadway and 2nd Avenue North in downtown
