BILLINGS - A narcotics investigation is underway on Custer Avenue in Billings.
A SWAT team executed a search warrant Tuesday morning at 6 a.m. at a house located on the 2100 block of Custer Ave., according to Billings Police Lieutenant Kevin Iffland.
