BILLINGS-It's a sound that has become part of the holiday season; the ringing of a bell for the Salvation Army Red Kettle Campaign. "To not see the red kettles out at Christmas time, I don't know...I've seen them all my life," said Margaret Schmittou, Salvation Army Volunteer Coordinator.
