BILLINGS - There are some new changes for commuters passing through the Billings Heights.
The roadway from 4th Ave. N. onto Main St. has now become three lanes. The road was formerly a two-lane thoroughfare, but it's been re-striped to allow more lanes of traffic to go into the Heights.
