BOZEMAN - A Bozeman woman is being charged with vehicular homicide while under the influence after a crash back in May.

Montana Highway Patrol and the Gallatin County Sherriff's Office responded to a call of a single-car crash around 8 p.m. May 21 on Story Mill Road.

Stefan St. Armand, 31, the passenger in the vehicle, was found unconscious and without a pulse at the scene and was taken to Bozeman Deaconess Hospital where he later died.

Natasha Lopez, 28, the driver of the lone vehicle involved in the crash, told police she and St. Armand had been driving in the vehicle and drinking alcohol prior to the crash.

Police later determined that Lopez had a blood alcohol concentration of .099.

Lopez faces up to 30 years in prison and up to $50,000 in fines.
