LODGE GRASS -

Authorities have not made public the names of any suspects involved in the murders of three people in Lodge Grass on Friday but an internal memo sent to law enforcement names one suspect.

Roderick Plentyhawk, 32, is named in the BOLO alert sent to law enforcement as a suspect in the murders.

The victims were identified by the Big Horn County Coroner on Sunday as Leslie Frank Nomee Jr,27, Denise Stewart Nomee,25,  and Nehemiah Broken Rope, 30.

According to a press release issued Monday by the FBI, the three victims entered the home, where an altercation occurred.

The altercation resulted in an exchange of gunfire, according to the FBI.

All three victims died of gunshot wounds. Two other were wounded. Their names and conditions have not been released.

Federal investigators raided a home in Lodge Grass on Saturday but did not make any arrests.

According to the BOLO alert, Plentyhawk is wanted for questioning by the Big Horn County Sheriff’s Office. A law enforcement official confirmed the authenticity of the BOLO alert to MTN News.

A curfew was put into place on the Crow Indian Reservation over the weekend.
