Authorities arrest suspect who fled Billings West End

The manhunt for a probation absconder in Billings ended Thursday evening with the man's arrest.

Tyson Heisler, 32, was arrested after he was reported smoking on the roof of Art House Cinema, according to Chief Deputy Rod Ostermiller with the U.S. Marshals Service.

Heisler was unarmed and was arrested without incident.

Authorities had been searching for Heisler since Tuesday when they believed he was in the area of Duck Creek on the Billings West End.

Heisler has prior convictions of robbery and burglary out of Yellowstone County.

Members of the Marshals task force and the BPD remained on scene at 6 p.m.
