Woman reportedly assaulted, robbed on UM campus

MISSOULA - The University of Montana has put out a campus warning following a reported early morning assault and robbery on campus.

According to a statement posted on UM's website, a female says she was punched and robbed at around midnight Wednesday, just west of the tennis courts.

The suspect is described as being a white male in his early 20s, who was about 6' feet tall with blond hair. He was last seen wearing a gray hoodie and jeans.

The statement says the Missoula Police Department is investigating the incident and anyone with information is asked to call 911.
