BILLINGS - Authorities on Monday released the name of a woman who died in a single vehicle rollover crash on Rimrock Road over the weekend.
The Yellowstone County Coroner's Office identified the woman was Kathleen Brown, 23, of Billings.
Brown was found around 4:20 a.m. on Saturday in a vehicle near the 6100 block of Rimrock Road.
Officers said a passerby located the vehicle and called 911.
Billings police Sgt. Shane Winden said she was not wearing a seatbelt.
An initial investigation determined the car was headed westbound and drifted off the road.
Winden said it appeared Brown over-corrected and the car rolled at least once.
The crash caused a portion of Rimrock Road to shut down for several hours as officers investigated the scene.
