Woman enters plea to charge in death of her child

BILLINGS - A Saint Xavier woman enters a not guilty plea today on charges of second degree murder - for the death of her 3-year-old daughter.
24-year-old Mary Agnes Leider appeared in U-S District Court this morning. Back on December 3rd, Leider allegedly threw her daughter, Tenielle Big Day - from a moving vehicle. Tests taken later that morning reveal Leider had a blood alcohol level of point-2-4.
If found guilty Leider could face a life sentence - plus a 250-thousand-dollar fine.
Her trial is set for Aprill 22nd.
