Whitefish man dies in Whitefish accident

WHITEFISH - A Saturday evening car accident claims the life of a 20 year old Whitefish man.
Montana Highway Patrol says the man was driving a white Suburban on East Edgewood Drive just after 5:30 on Saturday night.
MHP says the man was driving at a high rate of speed when he lost control along a curve and the car rolled several times and landed in a ditch.
MHP says the driver was not wearing a seatbelt and was ejected from the car.
He was transported to North Valley Hospital, where he later died from his injuries.
MHP says alcohol was not a factor in this crash.
