Wednesday morning traffic report

BILLINGS - In Lockwood, due to sewer line installation, Becraft Lane remains closed to all traffic from Old Hardin Road to Enfield Street. Detours are set up utilizing Saddle Lane look for slow moving traffic with back ups and congestion throughout this area

Expect loose gravel and traffic control devices due to the installation of culverts at the intersection of Old Hardin Road and Highway 87 watch for equipment and personnel with possible lane closures in this area

Lockwood Road remains closed to all traffic from Brickyard Lane to Reynolds Street detours are marked there is no through traffic being allowed at this time

In Laurel, milling operations continues with paving operations to follow on Main Street from 1st Avenue to 8th Avenue. Expect a rough road with a grooved surface, equipment and workers in both directions. Also, on Main Street in Laurel curb, gutter and sidewalk installation continues with workers throughout use a different route if at all possible

The right hand lane of First Avenue South heading eastbound is closed from South 27th Street to South 26th Street watch for congestion and merging traffic in this area

10th Avenue North between North 26th Street and North 27th Street is closed to all through traffic for sewer line installation this project is scheduled to run through September 13th

Work continues on 24th Street West from Broadwater Avenue to Grand Avenue creating single lane traffic and congestion. Water and sewer line installation continues on Broadwater from 24th Street West to 29th Street West there is a 25 MPH speed limit throughout this construction zone also expect lane closures at the intersection of 24th and Grand

In the Heights, work continues on Lake Elmo from Main Street to Hansen Lane and then closed to all traffic from Hansen Lane to Josephine Drive. Meanwhile be aware of Utility operations on Lake Elmo from Josephine Drive to Wickscommuters should take a different route

Shiloh Road remains closed from just north of Monad Road to Central Avenue all North and South bound traffic should use either 48th or 32nd Street West. King Avenue West to Monad Road including the new roundabout is now open

12th Avenue North is closed for sewer line installation between North 24th and North 26th Street

Shoulder and utility work continues at the intersection of South Frontage Road and Zoo Drive. Also as part of this project, look for cement work at the Zoo Drive/I-90 eastbound and westbound off ramps and on the Zoo Drive Overpass
