CAPTURED: BILLINGS - Richard Junious Hill, wanted by the U.S. Marshals Service's Montana Violent Offender Task Force, was arrested Friday afternoon after a traffic stop.
Hill's warrant included felony warrant charging him with Assault with a Weapon, Kidnapping and Tampering with or Fabricating Physical Evidence.
Task force members arrested Hill at the corner of 19th West and Lewis Avenue by executing a felony vehicle traffic stop.
The arrest warrant had a nation-wide extradition provision and bond is set at $100,000.
Hill was transported to the Yellowstone County Detention Facility.
