BILLINGS - Two overnight armed robberies have authorities in Billings on the lookout.

The first robbery happened at 11:45 p.m., when a call was placed to Yellowstone County dispatch, notifying them that the Holiday Inn Express on Cole Street in Lockwood had been robbed.

The Yellowstone County Sheriff's Office is currently looking for the suspect in that case, who may be carrying a black semi-automatic hand gun.

The suspect was last seen wearing a blue motorcycle helmet, a long sleeved blue t-shirt, and black gloves.

At 1:50 a.m., Billings police were dispatched to Grand Casino at 3025 Grand Avenue for a robbery.

The suspect in that robbery brandished a silver hand gun and made away from the casino with an undisclosed amount of cash.

The Billings Police Department says the suspect is a male, in his early 20's, with a slender build.

The suspect was last seen wearing black clothes, black gloves and had some sort of face covering.

Both of the robberies remain under investigation Thursday morning.
