MISSOULA - The Montana Grizzlies need to bounce back after beginning Big Sky Conference play with a loss to NAU over the weekend. While Montana ranks in the top half in the Big Sky in almost every statistical category, in one key spot they rank dead last- turnover margin.

The Grizzlies have given the ball away 13 times in four games this season, four more than any other Big Sky squad. But the defense isn't helping much either, having only forced five takeaways. But, they're continuing to work on creating more.

"You've got to go for the ball. That's what we try to do. We try to get the ball back to our offense. And coach Ty (Gregorak) has told us he wants us to go after it. And we are definitely aware of that, and we need to start doing that some more," linebacker Brock Coyle said.

The road doesn't get any easier this week as the 21st ranked Grizzlies head to #7 Eastern Washington. The Eagles are +3 in turnover margin through three games. Kickoff is set for 5:15 p.m. Mountain Time this Saturday.
