Tuesday morning traffic report

BILLINGS - In Laurel, roto-miling will continue with paving operations to follow on Main Street from 1^st Avenue to 8^th Avenue. Currently look for a rough road, single lane traffic, equipment and workers in both directions in this area use a different route if at all possible

Beginning this morning in Billings, weather permitting Western Municipal Construction will be installing a sewer line that will close 10^th Avenue North between North 26^th Street and North 27^th Street this project is scheduled to run through September 13^th. North 26^th and North 27^th will remain open during this project

Work continues on 24^th Street West from Broadwater Avenue to Grand Avenue creating single lane traffic and congestion meanwhile water and sewer line installation continues on Broadwater from 24^th Street West to 29^th Street West also expect back-ups and congestion at the intersection of 24^th and Grand due to the project

In Lockwood, Becraft Lane is closed to all traffic from Old Hardin Road to Enfield Street for sewer main installation. Detours are set up utilizing Saddle Lane look for back-ups and congestion throughout this area

Expect loose gravel and traffic control devices and, workers and equipment at the intersection of Old Hardin Road and Highway 87 cement work and utility operations will be on-going throughout the month

Lockwood Road remains closed to all traffic from Brickyard Lane to Reynolds Street detours are marked there is no through traffic being allowed

In the Heights, work continues on Lake Elmo from Main Street to Hansen Lane and then closed to all traffic from Hansen Lane to Josephine Drive. Meanwhile be aware of utility operations on Lake Elmo from Josephine Drive to Wicks commuters should take a different route

Shiloh Road remains closed from just north of Monad Road to Central Avenue. All North and South bound traffic should use either 48^th or 32^ndStreet West. King Avenue West to Monad Road including the new roundabout is now open

12^th Avenue North is closed for sewer line installation between North 24^th and North 26^th Street this job is scheduled to be finished by August 31^st

Shoulder and utility work continues at the intersection of South Frontage Road and Zoo Drive also as part of this project, look for cement work at the Zoo Drive/I-90 eastbound and westbound off ramps and on the Zoo Drive Overpass
