BILLINGS- According to the Park County Attorney's Office, the two suspects being held in connection to the triple homicide in Clark, Wyoming last weekend will make their first appearance in court Tuesday.
19-year-old Stephen Hammer and 18-year-old Tanner Vanpelt, both of Cody, Wyoming, are currently being held at the Park County Detention Center in Cody.
The two men have yet to be charged with any crimes, but the Park County Attorney's Office says charges will be filed against both men either late on Monday, or on Tuesday morning before the men appear in court at 9 a.m..
Hammer and Vanpelt were arrested on Saturday, March 2nd by the Wyoming Highway Patrol without incident after witnesses to a triple homicide on Big View Road in Clark, Wyoming called Park County dispatchers with a description of two young men fleeing from a home where 40-year-old Ildiko Freitas and her parents, 69-year-old Janos Volgyessi and 70-year-old Hildegard Volgyessi were found deceased by neighbors.
